After several reboots, Pending Installations finally shows MBServer 4.7.8.0 was installed, but the restart warning is still there. The Win10 server PC needed a reboot for updates, but that didn't change anything. The server works for web, the other Chromecast, and AndroidĪndroid TV OS 12 Build 2.9082754 Other apps work on the Chromecast with the Emby problem. The two Chromecasts are in the same house, with the same apps, attached to the same Emby server. I just see a blank screen for a few minutes until a time out and get returned to home. My office TV suddenly developed an issue where it simply fails to start. ![]() ![]() I have two Chromecast with Google TV (Boy did Google marketing miss the mark with that name!) dongles. It took a while to get the updated working (my fault), but once I got it going, the Emby app on Chromecast works again! (I'm not sure if the server or an app update fixed it, but it's working!) EDIT: The update was stuck on my Emby server because I did a portable install to keep everything on the external drive. ![]()
